- revoked access,

- or actions of third-party providers.

Uploaded Information Risks
Users should not upload:
- Social Security numbers,
- bank login credentials,
- raw passwords,
- unencrypted highly sensitive files,
- medical records,
- personal identity documents,
- or any information they are unwilling to risk storing online.
Certain features may allow users to mark information as "Stored Offline."
Users are solely responsible for maintaining, protecting, securing, and locating any offline records.
We do not verify or maintain any physical records.
User Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that:
- you are solely responsible for your business records,
- you are solely responsible for tracking and reporting taxes,
- you are solely responsible for maintaining accurate books and records,
- you are solely responsible for verifying all transaction categorizations,
- you are solely responsible for reviewing all imported or AI-generated data,
- you are solely responsible for maintaining legal and financial compliance,
- you are solely responsible for consulting licensed professionals where appropriate.
You understand that AI systems, automated categorization systems, imports, calculations, OCR systems, integrations, synchronization tools, and financial summaries are inherently prone to errors, omissions, inaccuracies, delays, corruption, duplication, or misclassification.
You agree that you will independently review and verify all data.
Users are responsible for:
- using strong passwords,
- securing their own devices,
- enabling available authentication protections,
- limiting team member access,
- reviewing permission settings,
- avoiding unnecessary uploads of sensitive information,

LedgAR may include beta, experimental, preview, artificial intelligence, automated categorization, forecasting, OCR, reporting, import, export, or integration features.
These features may:
- produce inaccurate results,
- misclassify transactions,
- duplicate records,
- omit records,
- generate incorrect calculations,
- fail without warning,
- become unavailable,
- change materially,
- or be discontinued.
Beta and experimental features are provided for testing, convenience, visualization, and workflow support only.
Users must independently verify all outputs before using them for tax, legal, accounting, financial, operational, or business decisions.
