I understand that LedgAR is not accounting software certified for tax filing, not a CPA firm, not a law firm, not a tax preparation service, not a financial advisor, and not a substitute for licensed professional advice.

I understand that all categorizations, calculations, summaries, dashboards, reports, recommendations, insights, AI outputs, forecasts, and visualizations may contain errors.

I understand that AI-generated or automated information may be inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated, delayed, corrupted, misclassified, or misleading.

I understand that I am solely responsible for verifying all data before relying on it.

I understand that I am solely responsible for tracking, maintaining, reviewing, correcting, reporting, and filing my own business, tax, accounting, legal, and financial records.

I understand that I should consult licensed accountants, attorneys, tax professionals, and financial advisors before making tax, legal, accounting, financial, or business decisions.

I understand that no online system can guarantee security and that uploaded files, business records, financial data, or confidential information may be exposed through security incidents, software vulnerabilities, third-party failures, unauthorized access, or data breaches.

I understand that I use LedgAR entirely at my own risk.

I acknowledge and agree that LedgAR, its owners, creators, managers, developers, contractors, representatives, affiliates, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for any losses, damages, errors, omissions, inaccuracies, tax consequences, business decisions, financial losses, data exposure, data breaches, or reliance upon Platform information.
