Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account through the Platform or by contacting support.
Before deleting an account, users should export any information they want to keep.
Account deletion may result in loss of:
- business records,
- uploaded files,
- transaction history,
- reports,
- dashboards,
- team permissions,
- digital resource records,
- notes,
- and settings.
LedgAR does not guarantee that deleted information can be recovered.
Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup, or legitimate business purposes.
