Data Retention and Deletion Policy

LedgAR may retain user information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, maintain backups, and support business operations.

User-deleted information may not be immediately removed from:

  • backups,
  • logs,
  • audit records,
  • security records,
  • cached systems,
  • third-party services,
  • or archived infrastructure.

LedgAR does not guarantee immediate or complete deletion from all systems.

Users are responsible for exporting or backing up their information before deleting an account or removing data.

LedgAR may retain certain records after account deletion where reasonably necessary for:

  • legal compliance,
  • fraud prevention,
  • dispute resolution,
  • tax or accounting records,
  • security investigations,
  • enforcement of Terms,
  • or legitimate business purposes.
