Data Incident and Breach Response Notice

LedgAR may take reasonable steps to investigate potential security incidents involving unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction of user information.

If LedgAR determines that a security incident requires notice, LedgAR may notify affected users as required by applicable law.

Users acknowledge that:

  • not every security event constitutes a legally reportable breach,
  • investigation may take time,
  • initial information may be incomplete,
  • third-party services may control important facts,
  • and notifications may depend on legal, technical, and operational factors.

Users are responsible for monitoring their own accounts, financial records, business records, passwords, devices, and connected services.
